Self Sign-up

To join the eSCRIP-SAFEŽ network you can enroll using the Self Sign-up page. You can enroll as a sender or a receiver.

Enrolling as a Sender

To enroll as a sender, select the As a Sender, begin the Enrollment Process link on the Sef Sign-up screen. The enrollment process for sender has six screens. After completing the form on each screen, select Continue to move to the next step.

  1. Create New School - Send Transcripts - For a new school, type in the school name and fill in all of the required fields. If your school already exists in the network, contact the local administrator to get a login for the account.

  2. Administrator Information - Enter the information for the person who is to be the local administrator for the account. This information will be used to create the administrator login. Administrators can set up other users on the account.

  3. Sender Type - Select how transcripts will be sent by this account (single or batch), provide some details about the format and contents of your transcripts (for batch transcripts), and select a connection option for establishing a secure connection between your school's student information and eSCRIP-SAFEŽ.

  4. Schools that you send transcript to - Enter the names and contact information for the schools to which you send transcripts. SCRIP-SAFEŽ will send those schools an invitation to join the network if they already have not.

  5. Confirmation - Review the information you have entered and edit it if necessary. Selecting the Edit icon returns you to the screen where you entered the information.

  6. Conditions of Accepting membership to the eSCRIP-SAFEŽ Network - Read the conditions for becoming a member of eSCRIP-SAFEŽ. If you accept the conditions, select the I ACCEPT radio button and select Submit Application.

 

Enrolling as a Receiver

To enroll as a receiver, select the As a Receiver, begin the Enrollment Process link on the Self Sign-up screen. The enrollment process for receivers has six screens. After completing the form on each screen, select Continue to move to the next step.

  1. Create New School - Receive Transcripts - Select an existing school or type in a new school. For existing schools, the fields are populated with the information saved in the system. For a new school, you must fill in all of the required fields.

  2. Administrator Information - Enter the information for the person who is to be the local administrator for the account. This information will be used to create the administrator login. Administrators can set up other users on the account.

  3. Functional Description - Select the types of admission activity that will be receiving transcripts by this account.

  4. Schools that send you transcripts - Enter the names and contact information for the schools that send you transcripts. SCRIP-SAFEŽ will send those schools an invitation to join the network if they already have not.

  5. Confirmation - Review the information you have entered and edit it if necessary. Selecting the Edit icon returns you to the screen where you entered the information.

  6. Conditions of Accepting membership to the eSCRIP-SAFEŽ Network - Read the conditions for becoming a member of eSCRIP-SAFEŽ. If you accept the conditions, select the I ACCEPT radio button and select Submit Application.
